1. Advisor / director, Abdul Latif Jameel Company, Saudi Arabia (Jan 2004 - Present)
Responsible for working closely with the primary sponsor in initiating the establishment of the micro-credit program, to be implemented in high poverty density municipalities,responsible for staff recruitment and supervision; providing in training the field staff; setting up the program office, operating systems;financial planning,management; planning for program scaling up to reach large outreach and financial sustainability;and expansion; and in general ensuring day-to-day operation of the Program.
2. MFIs Projects Manager and Microfinance Expert, Chemonics International / USAID/AMIR Program, Jordan (Feb. 1998 - Jan 8th 2004)
• Design and manage the process of developing and supporting the growth of the USAID/AMIR Program funded and supported sustainable microfinance institutions (MFI's) related to the overall strengthening and building toward operational and financial sustainability;
• Delivery of support services.
3. Program Manager and Country Representative, Cooperation for Development / UK, Jordan (Oct. 1989 - December 31st 1997)
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the credit program to SME
